For the last few days lot of things are happening in India. There is Kashmir stand off, Rqaghu Rajan resignation, appointment of Urjit Patel his successor, Kejriwalz accomplice being found neck deep in corruption, Floods in almost half of India, Pakis are continuously harassing, GST passed in parliament, India openly coming in support of Baluch, daily rape stories on television and so on. Middle class is under tremendous pressure. it seems that India is headless. There is nobody to console the injured and battered souls. 

I am very much concerned about the heavy causalities of soldiers in the encounters with the terrorists. This all is happening when the government in the center is having majority and is capable of taking decisions. But till date we have yet to see the mature and unbiased decision of the government to be taken. Education system is in the doldrums. Basic research in Indian universities is almost nil. There is no government machinery seem to be working. Is there anybody who can give answers to all these questions.

Talent Need Reservation in 21st Centuary India...........If someone is Listening

Yesterday I had a chance to meet with India. Shockingly this India was far more different than The India which is being shown and marketed abroad. The metro dwellers see India as a country where there are unlimited opportunities. India where democracy is followed religiously and all political parties swear by it. Every political party claim to be the true representative of the the down trodden, lesser privileged, helpless Indians. Parliament is seen as a temple of democracy and revered as a very sacred place by all those who believe in the saying of government for the people, by the people and of the people. It is supposed that priests sitting in the parliament are the best representative of the 130 crore people of India who elected them by a very rigorous procedure and spending billions of rupees.
                                           Alas, the reality is just opposite to the ideal picture. Yesterday I had some plumbing job work at my place and i got a chance to  interact with the laborers. One of them a young boy of 20 years of age, with shabby hair from Patna,  a school dropout. He studied till in 9th standard. Very hard working boy with a good physique and good etiquette to talk.
High IQ of a labour was surprising for me. When he chatted with me he unfolded that he was topper in his class till ninth standard and had to discontinue studies because his family could not support him. He is living in Ludhiana for the past seven years and was unable to visit his native place for the past four years as he was supporting the family by working at Ludhiana. He cannot afford to leave the work, as two brothers and mother at home need his earning to feed themselves. But he was still kicking the life with full glow in his eyes. He was so meticulous in his working and seeing his stamina of work i wondered that why he is not a sport person or an army personnel. Either way he could have been an asset.
Second person a bit more sophisticated  was graduate (BSc.) with non medical back ground. There was uncertainty written on his face. He looked dejected and a failed person although he was just 30 years of age. Falling prices of sponge iron made him unemployed because the Iron foundry at Bhuvneshwar in Oddisa,  was shut down. Now he has started plumbing at Ludhiana. When i talked to him he told that he was married early and  his daughter was studying in +2 at Rourkela in a CBSE school. The girl is bright in studies and got 90% marks in matric in ICSE school. Now she has taken medical stream and want to become doctor. She is scoring around 80% in +1. This person has no money to pay fee for her daughter but yet arranging money by taking loans. Here i will like to mention that he is from general category.  This person told me that he is literally out of money, but trying to work hard to fulfill the dream of his daughter. He worked at Hyderabad and other places but money is hard to come by. He is struggling and said in despair that he could not do anything in his life. He was science graduate yet forced to do plumbing.
The political bosses in India claim that they will lay their lives to save reservation, then i ask them question that who will stand for these meritorious and deserving students ? If only the caste and creed will decide the future of India ? If yes than i must say there is no future of India. I donot want reservation for me and my Kids. I want equal opportunity for these rural kids, who are as bright or better than the urbanites. If the energy of these kids is channelized, i am sure that India will become the Global Guru in true sense. But if we keep in killing the talent in the gas chamber of reservation, there is really no future of India.

For ages all the spiritual and intellectuals are discussing  questions : What is the purpose of life ? Why do we exists ? Who created the whole world ? Who is controlling the world ?But more you think about these questions more you are trapped in the vicious cycle of these questions. All these questions are intertwined and make a perfect circle. 

As the science is progressing and we are exploring in the space, we are getting the evidences that  someone is surly behind all this drama. Some logical thinkers have gone to the extent of saying that  earth is actually a spaceship. The advanced species are controlling it. They have planted it at the exact location in the space where it is possible to have life. Just imagine the distance of earth from Sun, it is just perfect and due to the unique position of earth we exists. It is neither too cold nor too hot but just right. 

The kind of variety of flora and fauna we find on earth is unimaginable. The life is so vivid and contrasting that sometimes it appears that somebody has engineered it by himself. Human is now trying to find life in the space and they have been successful in locating some bacteria and primitive life on the meteorites and  comets. It means that we are not alone in space and we might have been brought on this earth from somewhere else. In future we  might be able to do it ourselves too. 

Some inabilities of human being to exists in the otherwise cosy environment raise questions. First is that we are intolerant to UV rays and no other creature on earth is. We are choked by our own food while eating, no other animal suffers like this. We have vestigial organs which might had been functional in other world. We are fairer and we might had a much less sunny and colder environment from where we descended. All the ancient civilisations talk about intelligent species who taught them about living, agriculture and sometimes build certain structures for the. How do the ancient people knew so much about medicinal herbs, without having any modern lab facility to test the ingredients. 

It seems that we are traveling in the space on a space ship named earth and our purpose of existence will be unfold to us someday by the intelligent species, when they will think that we have grown up to understand them.

Till that day we have to wait, wait and WAIT.

Burden of Fake Spirtuality on The Economy of India

India is a land of Spirituality. World over the pictures of Sadhus with long hair and in meditation pose are common. People from Hollywood, and other fields having celebrity status come to India to find solace and to discover themselves. Any foreigner who comes to India thinks that perhaps every person with long hair and with scanty clothes on body, wearing Rudraksh necklace is a real monk. It is only after their encounter with the reality they discover that they have been duped and made less richer monetarily as well as spiritually.  

According to one estimate there are around more than two crores of Sadhu in India. These people are pest, not willing to work, smoke chilams and cannabis and claim to be nearer to God. Islam have its own Fakirs, Jains are having their own people, Budhists have Lamas, Sikhs are having Nihangs, Hindus are having the largest variety of the. It includes the various akharas, Aghori, Naga and many more. 

If you go by the rituals of becoming sadhu, Naga sadhu, Aghori sadhu it is really disgusting and shameful. Certain rituals include eating dead bodies, human excreta and above all to get yourself made Mahapurush (castration). 

Nagas Sadhu were created to protect Hinduism and to fight for the cause of religion. These nagas are more known for fighting amon themselves for the Shahi sanaan (royal bathing) on the occassion of Kumbh, ardh Kumbh and Sinhasth Kumbhs. These Naga remain naked for their life and sometimes carry sword with them Many a times they create lot of anarchy, when ever they pass from certain inhabited area. Aghoris are not far behind in the case of folloeing nonsense rituals. On every Saturday you will find kids and grown ups on every chowk asking for money in the name of Shani Dev.

Jains have their monks who remain naked throughout life since they have denounced the world. 

Nihangs of Sikh religion too remain intoxicated with cannabis and ready to fight. Now a days you can find them on the roads selling intoxication (grounded cannabis mixed in water) in the name of religion.

Fakirs are seen at every mosque who are asking for the help. Teenage kids are seen carrying green clothes and asking for for money. It is a routine scene.

My idea of discussing all this is to question that if we really want these stupid people who have nothing to do with spirituality and we are paying for their existence. Why these people can't be made work for themselves and for the society. At least they should earn for themselves. But all the religious settlements are providing food, shelter and clothes to them. A person who would not care about the workers at his working place will search for these people in the morning to distribute home made food, blankets, clothes and other items.

These people are pest on the economy. They are reservoir of diseases and they are least concerned about their hygiene. I think that the number of Sadhu is much more than the government figure. Imagine such a huge number of workable persons are non working and dependent upon others. The population of Australia is even lesser than this number. 

More over the image that is being spread all over the world about these sadhu is also disturbing. We are projected as a country of snake charmers and sadhus. How we can feel proud of this ? How the act of Naga sadhu and Aghori Sadhu can be justified ? Why can't this nonsense be stopped ? Why can't these fakirs be removed from the religious places? Why can't the Nihangs be made to work and stopped from selling intoxication ?

I know the answers are not easy to answer. But we need to think and find solution for this problem. Otherwise it is damn easy to denounce the world and force others to pay for your existence in the name of religion.

It is really hard to answer the above question. India is fighting at the domestic as well as on the international borders for decades against more than one enemy. The domestic violence is also fueled by the enemy across the border. Undoubtedly India has progressed in the business world, space technology, IT sector, Health care and education. But truth is that we are still an insecure nation. Every national as well religious fest are seen as threat and everyone including security agencies have a sigh of relief once the fest is passed peacefully. Most of the time it is Hindu fest and National days are under severe threat from the various terrorist organisations. These terrorists cannot be countered with the WWII weapons. Terrorists are using such an advance weapons that  sometime security agencies are surprised with the seizure of weapons after the operations against these terrorists .  

India is traditionally buyer of weapons from the eastern block in the Soviet era except few western friends. But things are taking a big turn now. India is not seeing Russia as only supplier of the military hredware but looking toward west and US. This has resulted in cooperation among China and Russia in a big way. Russia who would not sell arms to Pakistan, now offering SU F 35 top of the line fighter aircraft to him. Pakistan has already ordered MI 35 heavy lift attack Helicopters from Russian stable. Pakistan further exploring the options from Russia. China has been always a close aide to Pak. Recent acquisition of Z 10 attack helicopter will give biting teeth to the (NA)PAK air force. China has developed Gwadar Naval HQ of Pakistan and it is much more secure now. Pakistan airforce is already flying J10 and J17 fighter aircrafts of China. Pakistan is going to acquire nuclear submarines from China and operating Kilo class sub of France. US few days back cleared sale of F16 fighters to Pakistan with advanced avionics and Hellfire missiles. 

Picture of Indian armed forces is not so rosy, because we need to equip our forces on two fronts against Pakistan and China plus domestic disturbances. India has not added any piece of artillery gin since 28 years after the Bofors. Thanks God TATA developed the new version of the same Bofors and now India is going to upgrade their old Howitzers.  All of us know that Indian Airforce is running far behind schedule for upgradation. Still outdated, upgraded MIG 21 are the major chunk of our airforce strength.  MIG 27 are too old now. Mirage and Jaguars are II generation aircrafts. India is having only saving grace in the name of SU 30 as generation 3.5 - 4 fighting aircraft. But we do not have fast generation 4 or 5 interceptors. Our missile system is not that reliable except Brahmos and Barak air defense syste. Aakash, Prithvi are becoming outdated fast. Nag has failed in the tests and India is looking for the spider from Israel.  We donot have missiles matching the Hellfire from US which is being used by Pak airforce. The Rafale deal is finalised just now and this means that we are not going to get the first piece till next one year. Against the need of 80 fighter aircrafts , we are settling for 36. India is ordering Apache and Chinuhk form US to appease them. Indian made ALH Rudra which is capable of giving close fight to Apache is being rejected. Indian army is demanding quick reaction missiles from Israel. They do not want to rely on Aakash. Indian MBT Arjun hs passed the test of endurance only by 33%. It is a shame on DRDO. Pakistan is using their home made Al Khalid as MBT and it appear to be superior to Arjun. 

India is having a long list of purchase but the question is how and when. Spending on the defense make a cut in the spending of the govt. on the welfare activities of the citizens. 

Pakistan and China is making India to spend more and more on the defense equipment so that India should not be able to develop the basic infrastructure. But as this is generally said that the peace is the prerogative of the strong only so India do not have any other option. But the million dollar question is that Can India rely so much on US, who on one side is strengthening Pakistan with the military as well as non military aid and on other hand extends hand of friendship to India.  Russia refused to sell S400 air defense system to India and French negotiated hard for the supply of Rafale to India. India's own capability of developing top of the line military hardware is always questionable as we have seen in the past about the developmental delay in Tejas, Arjun, field gun, cryogenic engine and the list goes on.

India is Crying Hoarse for Leadership....Nobody Seen in The Near Sight

India is standing today on the cross roads. Country seems to be heading towards crisis. It seem that there is nobody in India to lead. On the borders, India is being beaten badly. Poor intel input, non proffessionl approach of army to handle terrorist attacks and loss of precious soldiers has become a routine. US is selling F16 to Pakistan. China threatening India now and then is creating doubts about our credibility.
Mr. Modi to whom India gave a major mandate to have a strong government at the centre is still living in glory of his victory. He is showing extra love for Mr. Nawaj Shariff, to whom he was cursing before joining PM office. Is this another shade of his character. People like me who hoped for a stronger PM has been disillusioned.
Anti Nationals shouts slogans at JNU against India in the national capital under his nose, and government is fearing to arrest the culprits who are roaming free in the campus and challenging government. For ten days the mastermind of the total fiasco was under ground and government was grappling in the dark  What kind of leadership Mr. Modi s exhibiting. 
India lost two young captains in the gun fight with the terrorists in J&K, but Mr. Modi was busy vising different places in India and he uttered not even single word to console the grief stricken families. Oh My God ! Is this the same person whom we elected and hoped to be our savior ?
Above all, Jatts in Haryana had Tandav in all the districts and they looted and did arson in the name of reservation, and Mr. Modi who was just 40 Km away from the epicenter, kept mum. BJP government in Haryana allowed all the hooligans to have their day. They mercilessly beat people, torched properties and danced before administration and no step was taken to save the innocents. People lost property worth Rs. 35000 crores, mind it.  Mr. Modi was busy in Varanasi on tour to BHU, while people at Haryana a neighboring state to Delhi were crying for help. At Varanasi you said that your rivals are defaming you,  bloody you got power in hand then how are you helpless ?. You are helpless because you play vote card Mister. Shame on You Modi Ji.
Mr. Modi if some self respect is still left in your soulless body, then please resign and go back to Gujrat. We don't need you. I was one of your biggest supporter but now i don't want to see you in PM chair. You see people as   vote bank and not human being. Enough damage you have done to country, now go back.
You made alliance with anti nationals PDP in J&K. For WHAT ? Is this politics to go along with anti nationals for the sake of power. Now you stand fully exposed. You are really a feku...i am sorry to say. I would fight with any body to defend you but you have lost loyalty of the most loyal to you. For me country come first and please don't do more damage and leave.
